Sabrina Souto & Katie Lewis
The drivers behind Pomme MD. Sabrina, an integral part of the Pomme MD team, bringing over 20 years of experience in clinical practice, specializing in fertility, family health, and complex cases through Fertile Way. Her deep understanding of nutrient-dense, healthy farming practices through Steve and Dan’s Fresh BC Fruit and her commitment to physical, mental, and spiritual well-being are at the heart of Pomme MD.
Sabrina's journey took a poignant turn when her mother, Brigita was diagnosed with a terminal cancer in 2022. During this time, Brigita’s need for hydration grew rapidly. As a family they purchased every electrolyte beverage available. Unfortunately, most were filled with artificial sweeteners, colours and additives. Even the so called natural ones, tasted too sweet or contained stevia. 2 local Doctors explained how hydration worked well with apple juice. They all sat down with Food Scientists and Dieticians to formulate PommeMD. Driven to create something better—an electrolyte drink rooted in shared values of health and nutrition.
Katie Lewis is an Registered Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit working with families and babies in their most vulnerable states. Nutrition, care and integrity are at the core of what drives her. She has also been a key part with Steve and Dan’s Fresh BC Fruit, working for 11 years, and is proud to say she knows all the in’s and outs of our formulation. From Orchard to can, we know how to Hydrate Better.
Steve & Dan Souto
The eldest of five, Steve honed his skills on the Family Farm in Oliver, BC, excelling in the full spectrum of farming, from cultivation to premium produce sales. His commitment to excellence shines through his expertise in apples and Canadian produce. Steve's enthusiasm for community and trust-building resonates in his team, customers, and markets, seamlessly connecting with Pomme MD's development.
The third oldest among the Souto siblings, Dan is renowned for his role as the family's peacemaker. Growing up on the Oliver, BC family farm, Dan's expertise lies in both farming and business operations. His unwavering commitment to impeccable customer service and a strong work ethic has been the cornerstone of his success. With a background in mechanics and piloting, Dan's active lifestyle perfectly aligns with his love for volleyball, and he's never without his trusty PommeMD.

First Formulation
Brigita and PommeMD Team
Our initial meeting was with 2 locals doctors, who educated us in Hydration. As a team we created the first iteration of PommeMD in glass bottles. Brigita attended most of our early meeting for the first 6 months.
